Unless otherwise stated, all courses begin at 0900 and end at 1630.

Fees

Fees include tuition, manuals, instructional materials, refreshments and lunches. They do not include travel, accommodation, or subsistence outside course hours.

Payment:

A VAT invoice will be sent to you/your organisation within seven days, acknowledging your booking.

Payment may be made by:

Cancellations & Transfers:

Any cancellations must be received in writing no later than 14 days before the date of the course. A full refund less a 20% administration fee will be paid before this date.

Cancellations made after this date cannot be refunded, but a substitute delegate is welcome at any time.
