ICP Project Support
At Venture we recognise that pure training
is only part of the total package of support that a successful
ICP Project or Programme Team requires.
Robust project management and ongoing mentorship with the ability
to call on expert, independent facilitation and advice to support
and assist ICP Facilitators in their work, helps to ensure good
ICP Project outcomes and the continued success of any ongoing
ICP programmes.
To help you to identify your specific local needs, we have developed
a range of options from which you are invited to 'pick &
mix' and which may assist you in structuring your own tailored
project support package.
Process Mapping & Modelling
Venture undertakes comprehensive, whole-system process mapping
and modelling to set the parameters for, and support the development
of service specifications in line with the ICP model. A more
detailed service level 'drill-down' process mapping and modelling
exercise supports the 'scoping' of ICPs, and gathers and assists
the logical layout of ICP content. Weak points and redundancies
in the process can be identified and improvements made to clinical
and non-clinical practice.
In-House ICP Training
Training, workshops and awayday-style courses run for
local teams, at your request. All the courses set out in the
Venture rolling programme of ICP courses may be run locally
on-site for your organisation or team. Alternatively we are
happy to tailor an education, training, development and support
programme to meet your specific needs. Training can be adapted
for study day or conference styles depending upon the number
of delegates wishing to attend.
